This policy applies to tintsaltlake's website at tintsaltlake.com and the quote, scheduling, and customer-service workflows the shop operates through TintButler. By using the site, you agree to these Website Terms.

Requests, quotes, and appointments

A submitted form is a request for contact, not an accepted appointment or service contract. Online estimates and quotes depend on the information supplied and the shop's current catalog. The shop may need to inspect a vehicle or measure a property before confirming scope, price, availability, installation time, warranty coverage, or legal suitability.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and project information, use the site lawfully, and do not submit malicious code, another person's private information without authority, or content you do not have the right to share. You remain responsible for choosing a lawful tint level and following vehicle, building, property, and access requirements that apply to the work.

Communications

Submitting a quote request permits tintsaltlake to respond about that request by phone or email. Automated or marketing text messages require the separate optional SMS disclosure when it is shown. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase and can be withdrawn by replying STOP.

Payments and third-party services

Any deposit, payment, financing, mapping, carrier, or other third-party service is governed by its own terms as well as the shop's final service agreement. A successful website screen does not claim that a provider message, appointment, or payment was delivered unless it expressly says so.

Availability and responsibility

The site is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, tintsaltlake is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by site interruption, inaccurate customer input, or services outside the shop's reasonable control. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
