This policy applies to tintsaltlake's website at tintsaltlake.com and the quote, scheduling, and customer-service workflows the shop operates through TintButler.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, vehicle or property details, quote notes, appointment information, and optional photos. We also receive limited technical records needed to secure the site, prevent abuse, and prove whether a request was saved.

How information is used

tintsaltlake uses this information to answer requests, prepare quotes, schedule and perform work, provide customer service, maintain business records, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Optional photos are intake evidence and are not represented as measurements.

Service providers and sharing

tintsaltlake uses TintButler and narrowly scoped infrastructure, communications, storage, payment, and security providers to operate these workflows. Those providers may process information only for the service being supplied. We do not sell personal information. Mobile opt-in information and text-message consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention and security

Records are retained only while reasonably needed for the request, customer relationship, warranty, accounting, dispute, security, or legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified under the shop's retention process. Administrative access is restricted, and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used. No Internet system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may decline optional fields. Reply STOP to any shop text to opt out of further SMS messages; reply HELP for help. To ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request, contact tintsaltlake through the quote flow. Requests may be verified before records are changed.

Children and changes

This site is not directed to children under 13. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
